Well, if live anywhere near or within Metro Manila or if you come from nearby cities, you can go to Hidalgo Street Quiapo Manila. If you don't know how to get there, it is pretty easy, I'll give you a short description on waypoints.

To get to Hidalgo Street, Quiapo Manila, the best landmark would be the LRT station in Sta Cruz / Carriedo. From here, it would be easier to reach Hidalgo Street. Go straight and take the Carriedo street going down the stairs of LRT station while heading to Quiapo Church. On the second block to the right after reaching Isetann Carriedo, turn right. After that, on the first block to the left you will find Hidalgo Street and easily recognize it because numerous stores named for selling cameras can be seen.

As an addition tip, you have to have at least made an online review search and read of your own as well sa you have to have made an initial canvassing of the digital camera product you are interested to buy. This will help you know if you are in the cheapest priced store in Hidalgo. Please do note also that some store may actually overprice their items from digital cameras to the spare parts.
